By using VEX, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and limited information from third parties.

  • Account information (email, phone number, username, date of birth)
  • Profile information (photos, bio, preferences)
  • Identity verification submissions (selfies or videos)

  • Customer support communications

Some profile information may relate to sensitive topics (such as relationship preferences). You provide this voluntarily.

We do not purchase personal data from data brokers.

3. PHOTO & IDENTITY VERIFICATION

If you complete identity verification, we may compare submitted images using automated or manual review methods.

Verification photos are used solely for identity confirmation and safety purposes. We do not publicly display verification submissions.

We do not retain biometric templates after verification is completed.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share information:

  • With other users (profile and content you choose to display)
  • With service providers who assist with hosting, analytics, payments, and security

Deleting your account will remove your profile from public view, but certain data may be retained as described above.

If you enable location permissions, we use your device location to show nearby users. You may disable location access in your device settings, though this may reduce functionality.

We do not continuously track your location when you are not using the app.

8. SECURITY

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information.

However, no system is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. CHILDREN

VEX is strictly for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn a user is under 18, we will delete the account.

10. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using VEX, you consent to such transfers, subject to applicable law.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of VEX after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
